You buy Islary from Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Polar sells as a reseller in its own name (merchant of record). Polar is your contractual partner for the purchase and handles payment, invoice, VAT and refunds.
The purchase is governed by Polar's buyer terms (polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and Polar's privacy policy (polar.sh/legal/privacy).
I grant you the rights to use Islary. My license terms apply. I will publish them here before sales begin.
Consumer dispute resolution
